Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a deposit will be required upon next appointment request.
CANCELLATION POLICY. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I require a 48 hour notice for all changes made. If a cancellation is not placed before the 48 hour period your card on file will be charged 50% of your service total. If an appointment is scheduled less then 48 hours or 24 hours and appointment is canceled your card on file will be charge 30% of your service scheduled.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No shows, will automatically be charged 100% of your service scheduled. A deposit of 20% will be required upon next appointment request.
If any payment that is needed to be charged for no-shows/ Late cancellation is denied. You will automatically be put on "Banned" list.
